Report something abusive or unsafe
In the app, tap the … menu on any discussion post or reply and choose Report — or Block this memberto stop seeing their posts entirely. Reports come straight to us and are reviewed the same day we get them. If a child’s safety is involved, email us with “URGENT” in the subject line and we will act immediately.
Fix or claim an event listing
Some listings are gathered from public sources and marked community-sourced so families can find them before the host joins. If one of those is yours, open it and use Claim this listing — or email us and we will hand it over. Wrong date, wrong place, or an event that is over? Tell us and we will correct it.
Delete your account
iPhone app: Account → Delete account. Web: your account page. It happens immediately and cannot be undone — details in the Privacy Policy.
Posting, RSVPs, and paid extras
Posting events and RSVPs are free — start at Post an event. Optional extras (event graphics, featured placement, Parent Premium) are purchased on this website, never inside the app; see Pricing. Billing question or refund? Email us.
